The Hare & the Tortoise

Frequently Asked Questions

• What is KidTeller and who is it for?
KidTeller lets you create personalized children's books in minutes — where your child becomes the hero of the story. It's perfect for parents, grandparents, teachers, and anyone who wants to give a child a gift they'll treasure.
• How accurate are the personalized details?
I use the details you provide — such as the child's name, appearance, and favorite themes — to weave them into every page. Kids light up when they see themselves as the main character of their own story.
• Can I edit the story text without using more credits?
Yes! You can edit and regenerate the text as many times as you like for free, as long as you keep the illustrations the same. So you can perfect every word without spending extra.
• Which languages are supported?
KidTeller supports 30+ languages today, covering most European languages and key global markets. Don't see your language? Let me know which one you'd like to see next.
• How can I view and share my book?
You can read your book on any device — in the browser or using the KidTeller app for iPhone/iPad and Android. Just sign in and all your books are there. You can also download a PDF to share with family or print at home.
• Can I get a printed copy?
Yes! Every book is designed to be print-ready. You can download the PDF and print it yourself, or use the "Paper Book" service — I'll print and ship a beautiful softcover copy directly to you.
• Is KidTeller good for schools or small groups?
Absolutely. Teachers and tutors use KidTeller to create personalized reading materials where each child gets their own book with their name and likeness — a great way to make reading exciting.
• Can I get a refund?
If your credits are unused, absolutely — just reach out and I'll process a refund. Once credits are used to generate a book, they can't be refunded since each generation has real production costs. But if something didn't turn out right, email me — I'll make it right.
• Is my data secure?
Yes. Your personal and payment information is protected with encryption and strict security practices. I don't resell or reuse your data — everything you share with KidTeller stays private and is only used to generate your stories.
• Who created KidTeller?
KidTeller was built by the developer behind several successful projects:

  • Rwiz.AI – AI-powered review management
  • Piano Companion – a music theory app with millions of downloads
  • ChordIQ – ear training app, featured as "Best App of the Week"
