KidTeller allows users to create personalized children's storybooks by adding names, photos, and favorite details of their child. The result is a one-of-a-kind storybook that can be viewed digitally or printed upon request.

3. Ownership of Generated Content

All personalized books generated through the Site are owned by the user who created them. You retain all rights to the customized book you generate. KidTeller provides the service of generating and, upon request, printing the book for you.

4. User Accounts and Information

When creating or purchasing a book, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

5. Data Collection

We collect and process certain information when you use our Site, including:

Personal Data: name, email address, and payment information for order fulfillment and account management.
Non-Personal Data: usage data and cookies to improve website functionality and user experience.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process the payment for your order. Prices and fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible if purchased credits have not been used. Since we utilize costly AI models to generate personalized books, once credits are consumed to create a book, refunds cannot be issued. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before using your credits.

7. Printing and Delivery

If you choose to order a printed version of your book, KidTeller will handle the printing and delivery process. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors outside our control.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm KidTeller, its users, or third parties. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs appearing on the Site (excluding user-generated books) are the property of KidTeller and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidTeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Children’s Use and Parental Responsibility

KidTeller is intended for use by adults, parents, and legal guardians. Children are not permitted to create accounts or make purchases on the Site.
