• Can I get a refund?
  Refunds are possible if your purchased credits are unused. Since generating books relies on costly AI models, we cannot refund credits that have already been used. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re always working on expanding the platform’s functionality.
• How accurate are the personalized details?

  Our system uses the information you provide — such as the child’s name, appearance, and favorite themes — to make sure every story feels personal and magical for the reader.

• Can I download or print the books?
  Yes! You can download your book as a PDF and print it at home or with a professional print service. All books are designed to be print-ready, so you can create physical copies whenever you'd like.
