• How can I view and share my book?
  You can read your book on any device — in the browser or using the KidTeller app for iPhone/iPad and Android. Just sign in and all your books are there. You can also download a PDF to share with family or print at home.
• Can I get a printed copy?
  Yes! Every book is designed to be print-ready. You can download the PDF and print it yourself, or use the "Paper Book" service — I’ll print and ship a beautiful hardcover or softcover copy directly to you.
• Is KidTeller good for schools or small groups?
  Absolutely. Teachers and tutors use KidTeller to create personalized reading materials where each child gets their own book with their name and likeness — a great way to make reading exciting.
• Can I get a refund?
  If your credits are unused, absolutely — just reach out and I’ll process a refund. Once credits are used to generate a book, they can’t be refunded since each generation has real production costs. But if something didn’t turn out right, email me — I’ll make it right.
• Is my data secure?
  Yes. Your personal and payment information is protected with encryption and strict security practices.
